EZ-serie schuifafsluiter met veerkrachtige zitting (NRS).
Beschrijving:
De EZ-serie schuifafsluiter met veerkrachtige zitting en niet-stijgende spindel is een wigafsluiter en geschikt voor gebruik met water en neutrale vloeistoffen (zoals afvalwater).
Kenmerk:
-Online vervanging van de bovenste afdichting: Eenvoudige installatie en onderhoud.
- Integraal met rubber beklede schijf: Het frame van nodulair gietijzer is integraal thermisch bekleed met hoogwaardig rubber. Dit zorgt voor een goede afdichting en voorkomt roestvorming.
- Geïntegreerde messing moer: Door middel van een speciaal gietproces is de messing moer met de schijf geïntegreerd en stevig verbonden, waardoor het product veilig en betrouwbaar is.
-Zitting met vlakke bodem: Het afdichtingsoppervlak van de zitting is vlak en niet hol, waardoor vuilophoping wordt voorkomen.
-Volledig doorstroomkanaal: het hele doorstroomkanaal is doorlopend, waardoor er "nul" drukverlies optreedt.
-Betrouwbare bovenafdichting: dankzij de constructie met meerdere O-ringen is de afdichting betrouwbaar.
- Epoxyharscoating: het gegoten onderdeel is zowel aan de binnen- als buitenkant bespoten met een epoxyharscoating en de schijven zijn volledig bekleed met rubber conform de voedselhygiëne-eisen, waardoor ze veilig en corrosiebestendig zijn.
